What do I need?

First, you need to know if we have a unit available for rent. Email us at rental@virtualvapes.com or text us at 403.922.7400.
1. Get your deposit ready. Our units retail for over $700 and we want to make sure they are not only taken care of but return! We ask for a refundable* deposit (credit card or cash – PAY ONLINE VIA PAYPAL) of $700 – Our rental rates are $20/day and $100/week (CASH ONLY)
2. Sign off saying the rented vaporizer will be inspected and be found in good condition before leaving with it. Renters will also be briefed on proper operation to prevent misuse
3. That the vaporizer is only used for aromatization purposes using herbs, herbal extracts, and other vaporizable plant matter
4. Any unauthorized use of the vaporizer or use of material causing damage** to the vaporizer will result in the forfeit of the deposit as a violation of this agreement
5. Upon return, an inspection of the vaporizer will be conducted before return of the deposit. Any parts deemed damaged, unclean, or needing replacement will be charged to the renter.
6. Return time is 6:00pm. Late fees of $50/DAY will be charged for up to 48 HOURS after which the unit will be deemed unrecoverable and the renters credit card will be charged the full amount including late fees.
* – less cleaning fees, late fees, charges, or regular rates.
** – loss of revenue due to renters neglect is considered damage
